4th Grade Math AIG students will be meeting with Ms. Drake in Cottage 1 once a week for 45 minutes at 2:05-2:50. Each class period, students will be taught a foundational skill through a mini-lesson and then given the majority of the class time to work through problems with their classmates. At the end of each class period, students will check the work they have completed and be given an additional assignment they can take with them for practice and "extra credit." If they finish the take-home assignment, they may have their teacher turn it in to Ms. Drake's box, or they may bring it to her classroom during their next AIG time. They will receive "kudos" for successful completion of these activities.
